63rd REPUBLIC DAY OF OUR NATION “ INDIA”
I got hundreds of notifications like..Happy republic day, Wishes for uniting India, etc ….basically carrying meaning that people are celeberating the day with full joy .
I don’t know how many of them really understands the very basic reason of celeberating the republic day. What we got on this date………a constitution? And what this constitution mean to us?
Basically It is a written document which provides us our part of job towards the nation being a citizen of India. So, we must focus today on……what actually is our part of concern. What is your duty towards the nation.
The above mentioned words are the sole of our duty towards the nation and we can not dream our nation of tommorow…a place of peace, fraternity, equality, justice and liberty with a great economic and human development without doing our part of duty honestly. I wish we, the people of India will bring the dream of such a nation true in coming future.

Good bye 2011
Today I am back with the this faith that I really can achieve what I want despite all odds of my life. Last whole year I was in dilemma whether I will lose or win. But this sayings are right.." The man wins who thinks he can", "U don't loose until u loose." After a long counselling I was not ready to believe in myself that I'm going to win. But today I don't have fear of loosing because I am not thinking of it. I am focused to win and I am sure that year 2012 will fulfill all my unfulfilled desires.
So, I am welcoming the new year 2012 with great hopes and expectations and saying the year 2011 adieu. Do U ?

INDIAN JUDICIARY
In its 6.30 pm news bulletin on September 10, 2008, Times Now ran a story on a provident fund controversy involving some high court judges. While mentioning the
name of a judge of the Calcutta high court, P K Samantha, it inadvertently displayed the picture of a retired Supreme Court judge and former chairman of the Press Council of India, P B Sawant, for 15 seconds. The picture was not shown in the subsequent news bulletins, the channel apologised to Justice Sawant, and ran an apology for five continuous days on the channel.
In November 2008 Justice Sawant sued Times Now for defamation and a district court in Pune awarded him Rs 100 crore in damages. This level of damages is so out of line with what Indian courts normally award that one would have expected the higher judiciary to correct the aberration immediately. Instead, Times Now found to its shock when it appealed to the Bombay high court that it was required to deposit Rs 20 crore and provide a bank guarantee for the rest (Rs 80 crore) before its appeal would be heard.
India has never been a jurisdiction with high libel damages, and indeed even in cases of death and disability, the damages typically have been a fraction of the Times Now award. Thus the half a million victims of the Bhopal gas tragedy – those who died and those who suffered different levels of disability – received on
an average Rs 1,10,000 in damages. Again, as recently as in October 2011, the Supreme Court awarded Rs 10 lakh in damages to the families of those who died in a fire at a cinema in Delhi.
In the Times Now case, the inadvertent error hardly qualified as defamation, and in any case in the absence of malice punitive or exemplary damages were wholly uncalled for. The award of such damages is bound to have a chilling effect on the Indian media as a whole. Even more significantly, it would encourage copycat plaintiffs and trial judges to move on to wholly new and higher levels of damages claims and awards in libel cases. The judiciary in India has been protecting the media against encroachments on their freedom by the executive and the
legislature. It is ironic that the case with such a chilling effect should have been initiated by a former Supreme Court judge who has been the chairman of the Press Council of India. It is surprising that the higher judiciary too let so patent an aberration continue without relief even during the pendency of the appeal.
Since judiciary in India is considered the apex and the most rational body independent of any sort of influence and biasing. But this case draws attention towards the issues concerned that again lead to corruption.

"Revolution 2020" a new book in market by "Chetan Bhagat"
After Five point someone,One night at a call centre,3 mistakes of my life and 2 States now a new book "Revolution 2020" is in market by Chetan Bhagat.
I purchased the book yesterday and read it full in a single stretch. I really liked this good work.
The name of novel "The revolution 2020" doesn't go with the story. The complexity of a girl described by the story is very practical in this era. The story is around three characters .....Gopal,Aarti and Raghav.
I don't have a say about the simplicity of language used in the novel.
Its really hard to understand a girl's feeling . In fact a boy should never try to understand the emotions and feelings of a girl but just love her more than any one else......I have read somewhere.
The story is modern but is not different. The story is same as we have already seen in some old bollywood films . It is a love triangle story.
Love . Corruption . Ambition............the lines on the cover page describes the full story. I had a great expectation from the novel........................hope u like it.

Anna's massage to the nation
corruption is the root cause of this problem. In one way though we are the fastest growing economy of the world, a large population is still struggling to get their basics....food,cloth and home.
We are facing the problem of Naxalism , root cause of which is corruption. The govt is unable to provide them their requirements like...electricity,drinking water, employment. So, being frustrated they opted to pick arms and stand against govt.
We are among fastest growing developing countries....still the development is not seen in those areas for last 65 years.
Now is the time to make our govt in our way......to us,by us & for us .
Gandhiji had a dream to see Ram Raj in our country.
I call to the people of India to take a oath that we will bring change and bring ram raj in our country so that another Anna will not have to go on fast.

The Fight for "Anti Corruption"
We need to realise the importance of this campaign and contribute our part to..................................." bring Jan lok Pal bill in action and remove corruption".
The rationale of 200 years of struggle for independence was.........lack of mass support.
We should not let it happen again. So, we must participate to root out corruption from our country and make it corruption free.
